Rhapsody in Blues. SOLD!

Okay, they are not all 'BLUES' but close.. I always have trouble with catchy titles.
Another of the series I am doing for the show. This one still had 'issues' which upset my design sense, I might still work a little on the water area. The veils of color are working for the most part, I just feel the two in the lower area of the water travel in the same direction, and they might need adjusting.

All of these paintings will be available on video soon, in a step by step viewing if anyone is interested.

Another design .. Same fish, in the series, another challenge. I like the weight pushed to the side and anchoring the bottom in this one. It also began as a demo, this time for Austin Palette Club.

Okay, I promised I had been painting, and this proves it.. It is the first of the series of koi fish done in acrylics on canvas. I love doing this sort of painting, makes me think though, always design with me. I am hoping to get many more paintings done in this style for the upcoming show I will have called 'TRANSITIONS'... Enjoy.
