I did this a while ago, from a photo I took of a little girl at the Round Rock Chalk Walk. It was a scorching hot day and these kids (and adults) were all doing wonderful chalk paintings on the street.

I just loved the dreadlocks this little girl had.

Had to give her credit though, to wear that jean jacket in 100 degree (plus) heat and sitting on the street as well!!!

This Heat is Killing Me!

This poor woman in St Remy France was obviously done in, waiting for transport in the heat.

We in Texas can certainly empathize

22 straight days of triple digit heat, phew!!

Anyway, this little painting seemed appropriate for me to do today. Loved the strap off the shoulder.

Coast Road

We have all seen this type of road somewhere, however this is made up.. It is so typical of an Aussie cliff road, and I recalled Big Sur as well while painting this one, even though this is far more sedate than Big Sur.

I did this last night in front of the TV, goes to show, nothing much to watch on TV lately..Ha!!
