Ajijic Peddler

This wonderful old man was pushing his bicycle down the street in Ajijic Mexico and I took a photo of him. I did this while in the Desmond O'Hagan workshop recently, and (luckily) it was not touched by Desmond's hands, which was hard to police in that workshop, much as I enjoyed it.

Beautiful! I remember this old man; you've caught the feel of the dusty little town and his tiredness.

I like the strokes of color. I too had to release that part of me that does not want someone else to work on my paintings. I think he was better at teaching thru doing rather than verbal instructions. So I let it go and learned a lot. I also like the gesture of the man in this post.
