I had time to sketch this lady in the library on the cruise to Mexico last year. This is a very small (for me) pastel on velour paper 5" x 7" approx.I began with pastel pencils this time, then reinforced the colors and values with chalk pastels.
It was just a scrap bit of paper I did not want to waste, so voila..
