I am so enjoying my pastels again, so here comes another small tutorial.
Gray velour is my substrate.
Pastels just glide on this surface, and the colors for me, seem a lot richer.
Speaking of color, what can I say, this one also is very dramatic with my color choices, not necessarily literal, I use a lot of artistic license with color.
I am trying to keep to a more abstract method with these latter pastels, I hope you like them.
