Before and After Haleakala 2

I think the camera I used to use many years back took photos with a blueish color cast as well.As I recall it was a FUJI.. However, my original versions were definitely more blue  when first I painted them also. Interesting to see how my mood has changed.

You may be able to see why I changed the structure on this one from the original on the left to the one on the right. The grasses seemed to finish at a dangerous level on the format.

Maybe Hawaii was more colorful, so you painted it that way. Then, when you revamped it recently, you were in a more Texas-color-palette frame of mind...? :-) Either way, both are lovely

I love them both. I think the light is different in Hawaii. It probably does seem more blue. Now that you live here you see different light. Just a thought. Ha
