I will often use my computer to tweek colors and change around the composition of my own photos.
This one was a rather drab (natural color) landscape Photo I had taken a while ago. I think it was near Granbury Texas.
I flipped it horizontally as well, somehow that made it more interesting for me.?? Weird huh?
I used P/Shop to flip my colors and make the hue saturation even more concentrated.
I then used my Ipad app Sketch Club to blend and drag areas with my stylus brush, giving the sweeps I like in my landscapes.
