Koi Patterns 2

This was a demonstration showing a group how to veil colors over one another in watercolor.
It is a meditative process, and a lot of fun but takes patience.

I had used such expensive paper to do this demo, and did not want to waste it, so yesterday I dragged it out of my portfolio, did a little more to it adding and enhancing the fish on the left, and a few extra dark veils to finish the piece.

I quite like it now.

My next post will be what I would like to do to it in maybe another painting worked out on my IPad in Sketch Club.

 I just wanted to show what the original is truly like, stay tuned for the next version. :))
