Nature's Power (in stages)

As promised, here is the other demo I did for the Fredericksburg art group last week.
The painting began with no predrawing, just a lot of soft veils of acrylic colors over the canvas.
I then drew my subject over this and began the jigsaw puzzle of pulling it together.
The first photo (top left) is as far as I got with the demo, I am guessing it was around 40 minutes. The rest I did in my studio.
