I did this digital of a lion in my super duper program Sketch Club with some additions done in procreate as well.
I find some of the brushes I need are in one or the other program, grrr!
I liked it enough to try yet another pastel on velour. Just not a white surface.
This time I did it on gray paper. Marginally better, not as grubby at least, but this surface is very tricky for designs like this I have to admit.
The transfering of this image to the paper is the tricky part, I had to enlarge it somewhat to fit the paper, which I wanted in turn to fit into an existing frame. Silly Rae, always making harder for herself.
Sigh..
The next post is the actual pastel.
