Sometimes we simply don't have to tell the whole story. This vignette is an example of a 'short story' ..

The garden at Le Vieux Couvent is a rambling and at times, an unkempt garden, perfect to find  the occasional small vignette to paint.

This began as a demonstration, and the photo below shows me in the garden pointing out the area I wanted to concentrate on.
