This cat was sitting on the tarpaulin on the back of a boat in Cinque Terre, Italy.
It totally ignored my efforts to get it to look at the camera, and remained content to preen and clean himself.
Typical cat personality, but he certainly was a clean fella when he was done. LOL
Texas artist Rae Andrews, paintings in all media and genre. She is an Australian ex-pat who moved to Maui in the early 1990's where she owned two art galleries .. she now resides in Texas where she conducts workshops both in the USA, Australia and Europe.

Purrrr dy! He looks less wild now. I remember that little rascal totally ignoring us as we made complete fools out of ourselves trying to get his attention. Maybe he'd just stepped on an anchovie!

Tee hee, yep, had to be a cat, they are certainly self absorbed as all cat owners know.
